Dwight Howard is frustrated. The Lakers are down 0-3 against the Spurs. During the first quarter of game 4, Howard took about 12 fouls on one play and was tangled up with the entire city of San Antonio. So he threw a little elbow that hit Spurs backup point guard Cory Joseph in the back of the head. It wasn’t a Ron Artest-level elbow, but still. I expect Howard (and the rest of the Lakers) will miss Game 5.
