The Pacers begin their second round series against the Knicks tomorrow at 3:30pm, so presumably, this picture was taken somewhere in New York City. Somebody comes to New York from Indiana, goes out to dinner and sees this? Come on, New York. Get your act together or you’re going to see a big drop in tourism.
