Bryce Brown, Philadelphia Eagles running back, had a pitbull seized last month in Wisconsin as part of an investigation into a suspected dog fighting operation, and it was returned to him by judge’s order this week. The female pit bull, Eilis, and seven pups were at a kennel in Wisconsin called Northland Pits for the purpose of whelping and weaning the pups for Brown as part of a breeding program. Brown’s attorney argued that he and his dog are the victims here, and there is no indication at this time that Brown was part of criminal activity. The criminal investigation is still ongoing.
