Rob Gronkowski is the best. He was at a book signing for the release of “Growing Up Gronk” Of course, the questions turned to other matters involving the Patriots and his (former) teammates. You know it has been a bad summer when none of those questions has anything to do with Tim Tebow.

Early on, Gronk was trying to stick to the script, responding “I got no reaction at all” to questions about Alfonzo Dennard, Aaron Hernandez, and his back. When the question came to whether the NFL had an off the field problem, though, Gronk pounced on it like a pony keg. “He’s been in business for a while now, so he’ll know from when he started to where he is now.”

It just so happens that I looked at reported arrests rates during Roger Goodell’s tenure, and before he took over as commissioner. Roger that.
