Les Miles had the stage at SEC Media Day today. The 59-year old LSU coach was asked about his policy on Twitter. It sounds like Miles and LSU’s Twitter policy is to basically handle social media responsibly, but this isn’t about the policy so much as the journey Miles took to get to the answer.

He started by noting that “20 years ago, no one did a Harlem Shake.” Then he said that someone gave him “the magic” and told reporters that there are 500 million people using Instagram (actually 130 million as of June) and three billion people on Facebook (actually 1.11 billion as of May). His example of someone who is not young? Twenty-eight year-old LeBron James.
