Gilbert Arenas, the former NBA player who signed a $111 million contract after two outstanding years, only to suffer numerous injuries that curtailed his career, is selling his mansion in lovely Great Falls, Virginia. (Great Falls really is breathtaking – I grew up about 35 minutes away.) Arenas, who had widely publicized problems during his last few years in the league, put his house on the market last year, pulled it, and has now re-listed it for $3.5 million according to Realtor.com.

The pool is enormous, and the grotto looks inviting. The house is over 9,000 square feet. The house has 10 bathrooms and seven bedrooms. Who knows, maybe you’ll find a gun stashed under a rock or something.

If I’m the realtor, I definitely include photos of a shark feeding session. If you’ve got high school-age kids and you buy this house, they’ll attend Langely High School, which is only 84th best in the country according to US News & World Report.

I walk in the front door here and I think: Party.
