Marlins Will Host 'Legends of Wrestling Night' in August

Earlier this month our intrepid reporting brought you news of how much ‘The Mouth of the South’ Jimmy Hart and Nasty Boy Brian Knobbs enjoyed their time at Marlins Park in Miami. That appears to be only the start of the wrestling invasion at the House that Jeffrey Loria built.
The Biz of Baseball reports on Aug. 24 the Marlins will host a “Legends of Wrestling Night” that will include actual matches inside the stadium. Former WCW stalwart Bill Goldberg will throw out the first pitch. The list of luminaries scheduled to attend include Bret Hart, Greg ‘The Hammer’ Valentine, Jim ‘The Anvil’ Neidhart and many others. Hell, Koko B. Ware will be there.
Hey look, the Marlins will do whatever they can to draw fans to the park.
