Jonathan Bostic of the Bears Destroyed San Diego's Mike Willie with a Ridiculous Hit [GIFs] [UPDATE]

Jonathan Bostic, Chicago’s rookie linebacker out of Florida, destroyed San Diego Charger Mike Willie on a screen Thursday night. Willie can’t be expected to hold onto the ball after a hit like that, and frankly, he’s lucky he didn’t suffer a major injury (whiplash? concussion?). Bostic, you  may recall, is the Gator who roughed up Louisville QB Teddy Bridgewater in a BCS game.

Update: On Wednesday the NFL fined Bostic $21,000 for the hit on Willie. Ian Rapoport reports that officials believed Bostic lowered his head against a defenseless player, which can be seen in the second GIF.
