TCU's Uniforms for Season Opener Against LSU Pay Tribute to Actual Horned Frogs

TCU will wear these uniforms for next Saturday’s season opener against LSU. Other college football teams will then have the rest of the season to meet the ridiculously high standard set by the Horned Frogs.

In addition to intimidating all-black uniforms, TCU will wear a special helmet featuring a red stripe meant to replicate a defense mechanism employed by actual frogs. As you can tell, this look was thoroughly researched.
