Mark Parent got tossed from today’s game before a pitch was even thrown, during the lineup card exchange. Parent is the bench coach for the Chicago White Sox. The White Sox have not been happy with the umpire crew all weekend, so what better way than to have someone who has the vital role of bench coach get removed?

According to Chuck Garfien, it appears as though the dispute may have involved questions about the umpire being a trucker, based on lip reading.

Other possibilities include Parent asking whether the lemons make the umpire pucker, and which one is his favorite of the brothers Zucker.
