Blake Bortles showed the world (well, ESPN3 viewers at least) his Johnny Football-against-Alabama impression during Central Florida’s 38-7, season-opening win against Akron on Thursday. Bortles dropped back and tossed the ball up in the air as he attempted a pass. Bortles then caught the ball, broke a tackle, scrambled right and threw a 39-yard strike to J.J. Worton for the touchdown. You may recall hearing about Bortles and his girlfriend a year ago after another season-opening win over Akron. If you don’t recall that, we have included a gallery below as a refresher.
