Chip Kelly Had His Visor Knocked Off by an Excited DeSean Jackson

DeSean Jackson, celebrating Philly’s first touchdown of the season (see below), messed up Chip Kelly’s hair, and in the process, knocked off the rookie coach’s visor.
Chip Kelly didn’t reinvent uptempo football, but his Eagles did get off 30 plays in the first quarter against the error-prone Redskins. Washington has three turnovers, yet only trails 12-7. The Redskins had one first down in the quarter, but got a lucky defensive TD.
