Brandon Meriweather knocked Green Bay’s Eddie Lacy out of the game with a helmet-to-helmet shot in the first quarter, and in the second quarter, Meriweather himself got knocked out.

Meriweather came in high against James Starks, another Green Bay running back, and drilled him in the head. Meriweather, though, took the brunt of it, and went down. He stayed down for awhile before walking off the field. He has been ruled out with a concussion. When’s the last time someone left a game with a concussion, and then got fined? He’ll probably be fined for both hits.
