Sky Sports filed this report about the the so-called “Rainbow Laces” campaign that was in the news in England over the weekend. In short, some players — notably Joey Barton — wore rainbow-colored laces in their cleats to send an anti-homophobia message. It became a mildly controversial story since some Premier League clubs declined to participate. The clubs supported the message of equality but didn’t like that the campaign was backed, in part, by a gambling company.

The report outside Upton Park in London was interrupted by a pair of gleeful West Ham fans who couldn’t resist the chance for a videobomb and hug.

Annnnnnd scene.
