Braves fans attending the Dodgers’ 4-3 NLDS clincher at Chavez Ravine Monday night apparently took their anger out on the windshield of former Los Angeles first baseman Steve Garvey.

Garvey tweeted out this picture Tuesday of his cracked windshield. How he knew Braves fans were the culprits is anyone’s guess.

Perhaps the perpetrators were disgruntled customers from one of Garvey’s Billfishing tours circa 1989 looking for revenge.

Snark aside, there’s something positive about this Garvey story. He was at Game 4 to throw out the first pitch and the Los Angeles Times reports the 64-year-old is “virtually clear” of cancer following successful prostate cancer surgery.
