Allowing a shorthanded goal is never a good thing. Allowing a shorthanded goal like this is perhaps the worst of all things.

Jason Harrison, Dan Hamhuis and Roberto Luongo of the Vancouver Canucks combined forces to create this blooper last night against the Montreal Canadiens.

The gaffe was part of a forgettable 4-1 loss for the Canucks. It also underscores the importance of communication in the workplace.

The goal was officially credited to Montreal’s Lars Eller, who was the last Canadien to touch the puck. Lucky, lucky guy.
