The MotoGP Malaysian Grand Prix was stopped yesterday following a spectacular crash that claimed 5 bikes. From The Telegraph:

"Spanish rider Axel Pons was the unwitting catalyst for the incident, losing control into turn 14 on the opening lap and hurtling onto the grass verge. His Kalex, however, skidded down the track, collecting Zaqhwan Zaidi, Ezequiel Iturrioz, Decha Kraisart and Fadli Immammuddin in quick succession before the race was red-flagged."

Amazingly, all 5 riders walked away and were determined to be OK by the medical staff.
