North Carolina Is Super Geeked For "Zero Dark Thursday"

North Carolina hosts Miami on Thursday Night, as the under card to the NFL and an ALCS game. They are kind of excited about it. The Tar Heels have labeled it “Zero Dark Thursday.” They will be wearing the all black uniforms that had Bryn Renner busting out dance moves last spring. They blacked out the field. They are even taking one of those panoramic 360-degree photos. The Goodyear Blimp is in town. It’s an official event, you guys.
Those scurrilous Hurricanes have pledged to spoil the party, however, with all white storm trooper uniforms. Shockingly, Jesse Palmer is excited about that ACC electricity. Presumably, these festivities were planned before UNC got off to a 1-4 start when the program was still pumped about its rousing ACC Coastal triumph in 2012.
