Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are under contract to purchase a $14 Million full floor condo in New York City in the One Madison building, according to Trulia. Brady and Bundchen both previously owned condos in New York that they had sold. Unfortunately, this location does not have access to a moat. This is what we like to refer to as “slumming it.”
