Dr. Dre Was Brought in to Inspire USC for the Stanford Game

Dr. Dre was nice enough to take a break from tirelessly pretending to work on Detox in the interest of firing up USC on the heels of the Trojans playing host to 8-1 Stanford.
It appears the iconic producer has slimmed down quite a bit since performing “I Need a Doctor” with Eminem at the 2011 Grammys. Perhaps this is a byproduct of Dre spending so much time in the studio producing Detox that he simply hasn’t been able to maintain a regular workout schedule.
