You don’t have 11 minutes to watch this entire video of rival boxing camps nearly getting into a fight, but viewing the first two minutes will suffice. Here, in a nutshell is what happened, and keep this point in mind: Manny Pacquiao is facing Brandon Rios this weekend in a match struggling to get the spotlight because Pacquiao missed his window to fight Mayweather, then got knocked out by Juan Manuel Marquez.

Pacquaio’s trainer, Freddie Roach, got all huffy that the Rios camp was going past their allotted gym time, so he popped off. Roach, who was significantly outnumbered, continued to mouth off, and then he got kicked in the chest by one guy. Lots of words and slurs were exchanged. Punches were nearly thrown. Roach’s friends wisely got him out of there before he got hurt. Kevin Iole has an all-encompassing breakdown for the hardcore boxing fan.

Drama sells! The fight is Saturday night on HBO PPV.
