Michigan State's Bennie Fowler Made a Juggling Catch, Scored 87-Yard Touchdown
By Kyle Koster
Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook floated a dead duck out to Bennie Fowler and the Spartans were rewarded with an 87-yard touchdown to open up a 14-3 lead over Northwestern. Fowler corralled the ball after it bounded off the back of the Wildcats’ Matthew Harris and had an wide-open path to the end zone.
The Big Ten is never pretty.
