Rex Ryan Told Jets Players He Expects to Be Fired

During a team meeting last night, New York Jets coach Rex Ryan told his players he believes he is getting fired, according to a report by Fox’s Jay Glazer.
Ryan has compiled a 40-38 record in five seasons with the Jets and taken the team to two AFC Championship Games. He’s also never been one to shy away from a bombastic statement, so it will be interesting to see if this remark was based in reality or if it was a unique motivational tactic.
