The first official coach firing of Black Monday is Leslie Frazier, coach in Minnesota for the past three seasons. (Cleveland got the jump on Black Monday when news emerged last night about Rob Chudzinski.)

Minnesota overachieved in 2012, reaching the playoffs with a late winning streak. That crashed back down, and the fact that Minnesota’s defense was terrible (Frazier’s side of the ball) was likely his downfall, even as the team also tries to figure out what it is doing at quarterback.
