A Couple Dozen Philadelphians Went Tumbling Down the 'Rocky' Steps on Ratchet Sleds [Video]

Judging by the amount of people talking about weather on my Twitter feed, the Northeast must’ve gotten some snow this week. And so, as documented by Philadelphia’s NBC 10, a decent-sized group of City of Brotherly Love inhabitants seized the opportunity to spend the night tumbling down the Rocky stairs on cardboard, mattresses, recycling bins, laundry baskets, and tupperware containers.
