Seattle is dominating Denver early. The Broncos finally got a first down, but on third and long, Manning got hit in the pocket, and Malcolm Smith stepped in front of the wounded duck as Richard Sherman nodded approvingly.

It’s now 22-0 in the second quarter, and the rout is on. This one could test Manning’s ability to lead big comebacks, because so far Denver seems to grasping for anything against Seattle’s defense, trying short passes but finding no holes.
