It would appear American journalists aren’t the only ones in Sochi complaining about the Russian Olympic host city. USA Today reporter Lindsay Jones tracked down Russian snowboarder Alexey Sobolev, who said he plastered his cell phone number on his helmet out of boredom. According to Jones he recieved around 2,000 texts afterward.

"“I’ve got a collection of pictures,” he said. “It’s really boring in the Olympic Village, you know?” "

Hmmm … what is a bored, young, Olympic athlete going to do after receiving all these texts and photos? Challenge his new acquaintances in Words with Friends, the Cyrillic version, duh.

Also, is that a Bob Costas-approved Pussy Riot caricature on this snowboard? Nobody tell Putin, ok.
