Penn State defeated Ohio State, 65-63, Wednesday night, giving the Nittany Lions a surprising season sweep of the Buckeyes. However, we should also pause for a moment to watch this badass Sam Thompson block of PSU senior guard Tim Frazier in the first half.

First of all, Frazier basically goes 1-on-5. That deserves some recognition.

Second, Thompson definitely goaltended; the shot was clearly on the way down.

Third, instead of just winding up to smash the ball into the backcourt – which again, was AWESOME – he probably could have just caught the ball. Or lightly tapped it to one of his 4 teammates who were also standing in the lane. Oh well. It was still an incredible athletic feat.
