Coach K Threw His Pen, Drew Technical Foul in ACC Final

Mike Krzyzewski picked up a technical foul late in the first half of Sunday’s ACC tournament final in Greensboro. The Duke coach turned his back on referee Jamie Luckie and then threw his whiteboard marker to the floor, earning a tech for his bout of frustration — aka unsportsmanlike conduct.

Virginia leads 28-25 at the half. The Cavaliers could claim a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament if they’re able to win.
