Tennessee was down by 15 in the second half, with just over ten minutes left. They were down 72-64 with 2:23 left, and came within 1 point and got the ball, without fouling, as Michigan had 4 turnovers. The final one came when Caris Levert stepped on the line on an inbounds play, setting up Tennessee with a chance to take the lead.

That’s when Jarnell Stokes was called for the charge on this play, as Jordan Morgan went to the ground. Legitimate charge call? Flop? It was close, and you will find plenty of opinion. I thought it could have been a no-call there, and the ball out of bounds when Levert knocked it free from the help side.
