Yasiel Puig crushed this first-inning pitch from Ian Kennedy into the second deck at Petco Park for his first home run of the 2014 season. He didn’t flip his bat or cause a stir rounding the bases, either. Imagine that.

Vin Scully’s call, which you can listen to here since MLB decided to take down the embedding function of this clip, was an added bonus: “Yasiel Puig got a ball up and kills it and the Dodgers lead 2-0.”
