Nike’s quest to take over college football continued at its customary tireless pace today with the unveiling of Miami’s new uniforms.

It appears the Hurricanes will have four sets to play with next season, with three of them deftly capturing the ‘Canes look and feel we’ve all come to know and love — hate? — while the one at far right feels completely out of place. Maybe it’s the lighting, or perhaps someone simply got tired of green and orange by the time design No. 4 rolled around.

Ideally, I’d do a little mixing and matching here and opt for the orange jersey with green pants, or vice versa.

But only one guy flashing “The U”? Embarrassing, bro.
