The Baltimore Orioles Ball Girl Made a Real Nice Play on a Fair Ball

The Baltimore Orioles ball girl seated down the left-field line made a nice snag on a ball off the bat of Toronto’s Edwin Encarnacion. She even turned in a understated bit of self-congratulation after ranging over to corral it.
Unfortunately for her, the ball was still in play.
The Blue Jays were awarded a ground-rule double and the slick-fielding girl earned a red face.
She can take solace in the fact it could have been worse. Much worse.
