Chelsea were stunned by Sunderland today at Stamford Bridge in a match of crucial importance to its title hopes. The deciding goal came after referee Mike Dean awarded the visitors a late penalty kick.

Blues manager Jose Mourinho then conducted a brief — and seemingly sarcastic debriefing — in which he congratulated all involved.

In addition to praising his own players and Sunderland, Mourinho congratulated Dean and Mike Riley, the head of the Professional Game Match Officials Board.

It takes a special person to put the powers-that-be on blast like this. Luckily, this guy is the perfect man for such a job.
