Mike Francesa Is a Weather Forecasting Conspiracy Theorist

Mike Francesa offered his listeners a helpful reminder to disregard holiday weather forecasts. They always lie. According to the Pope, forecasters always predict one day will be nice to get you where you are going.

Putting this theory to the test, I looked up the forecasts for Accuweather and Weather.com as well as Weather.gov for my undisclosed holiday destination. Weather.gov predicted sun for Saturday through Monday. The two privately-funded forecasters played up the slight prospect of rain on Saturday.

The natural thinking would be that the two private companies were playing up the prospect of rain so I kept checking the weather (and didn’t blame them in the event it did rain). But perhaps this pro-Summer holiday business weather conspiracy has infiltrated the highest levels of U.S. government. We know what the govahment is capable of, okay.

Mike also had Julie Stewart-Binks in studio. She is blonde. That makes this an official Fox Sports 1 production.
