Jesse Biddle, the Philadelphia Phillies top pitching prospect, missed his scheduled start on Sunday after complaining of a headaches. The 22-year old lefty was hit in the head with an ice pellet during a hail storm last Thursday. The 27th pick in the 2010 amateur draft, Biddle is 3-4 with the Reading Fightin Phils this season and was one of the minor leaguers mentioned as a possible call-up when Cliff Lee went down with an injury last week.
