This Is a Splendid, Vintage Photo of Jack Buck, Joe Buck, and Randy "Macho Man" Savage

Randy “Macho Man” Savage was was a Cardinals fan (and one-time prospect!) growing up, which would explain this seemingly random photo op. Jack Buck was the long-time Cardinals broadcaster, and his then-young son Joe was supremely happy to be there. Savage’s wife Miss Elizabeth and Cardinals broadcaster Mike Shannon (who Tweeted the photo this morning) were also in the shot.

If this equivalent photo were staged today, it would emerge in 30 years as a fabulously entertaining Instagram video.
