Luis Suarez Tried to Bite Giorgio Chiellini During the 2013 Confederations Cup

Uruguay and Italy met in the 3rd place match at the 2013 Confederations Cup. At some point during the game, Luis Suarez and Giorgio Chiellini were in a very similar position to the one they found themselves in yesterday when Suarez bit Chiellini during their World Cup match. This picture appears to show Suarez attempting to bite Chiellini.

Before you say, “Maybe he’s just sneezing,” take a look at the picture on the right that shows Chiellini reacting. Maybe he’s mad that Suarez sneezed on him? Or maybe Suarez has actually tried to bite Chiellini’s shoulder in consecutive years. Suarez is either insane or Chiellini smells really good. Not that the two are mutually exclusive.
