Will Ferrell Inspires Rousing Rendition of 'I Believe That We Will Win' Chant

Will Ferrell made a surprise appearance at the American pep rally in Recife, Brazil last night, and he really got the people going. After pledging to bite every German player if he has to for the patriotic cause, and to wear a red, white, and blue bikini top, he walked off as the crowd began yet another ‘I believe that we will win’ chant. Goosebumps. Is it noon yet?
