Josh Gordon Arrested on DWI Charges in North Carolina

Josh Gordon’s road back to the NFL looks like it might be even tougher than anticipated. The Browns wide receiver is set for an appeals hearing later this month about a potential season-long suspension for a reported failed drug test in May.
Reports are beginning to circulate that Gordon was arrested for a DWI in Raleigh, N.C. early Saturday morning via WKYC’s Matt Anderson.
Browns WR Josh Gordon was arrested in Raleigh, N.C. for DWI – driving while impaired, according to Raleigh police captain Tommy Klein.

DWI in Raleigh is driving subject to an impairing substance. Police captain Tommy Klein added, “appreciably impaired.”

Gordon caught 87 passes for 1,646 yards last year despite missing two games for violating the league’s drug policy.
