Carles Puyol is a lot of things … an FC Barcelona icon, a World Cup winner with Spain, a Captain Caveman lookalike and now apparently a DYI yoga aficionado. The recently retired Puyol appeared in some, let’s say, athletic poses with his partner, Vanesa Lorenzo via Instagram.
Puyol and Lorenzo watched the World Cup final with Tom Brady and Gisele, which is probably definitely how they learned these moves.
