Drake's Weak Attempt to Recruit "My Brother" Kevin Durant to the Toronto Raptors

Drake, the front-running rapper slash former child TV star (Degrassi!) took the stage at a concert in Toronto over the weekend, and let the crowd know his “brother” Kevin Durant was in the house. The Canadians meekly applauded the 2nd best basketball player on the planet.

Then, Drake laughably played up the, ‘let’s get him to Toronto, make some noise‘ angle, which elicited the applause of a spirited high school pep rally. They make more noise in Oklahoma City when Russell Westbrook dunks in the layup line.

A for effort, Drake.

But go ahead and order that fitted Washington Wizards gear right now. It’s happening in 2016. Bonus points if you roll up to an event in July 2016 with a throwback Washington Bullets jersey with Durant on the back. (I’m still looking for a Chris Webber Bullets one, tips appreciated.)
