Michigan wideout Csont’e York was suspended indefinitely for “failing to meet team standards.” One of those standards appears to be not cold-cocking someone outside a bar. Ann Arbor Police released video of the sophomore punching a man outside the bar Scorekeeper’s on July 18. The victim suffered a broken jaw.

Explanations in the police report conflict. One suggests there was “an argument about hockey and football.” York told police the man “walked up on” teammate Da’Mario Jones.

York faces charges of “aggravated assault” and two counts of assault and battery. He appeared in one game last season.
