Pete Carroll and the Seattle Seahawks have been fined $300k and docked two mini-camp practices after the NFL deemed the team had impermissible contact in a June OTA, according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport adds that there was a fight at the practice, which prompted the league to request tapes and subsequently impose the discipline.
