Utah beat Idaho State 56-14 on Thursday night. A 24-year-old spectator decided to make an evening of it by getting “extremely intoxicated,” getting into a fight and breaking into a State Capitol office building.

"“It was apparent that Mr. Docauer was extremely intoxicated and had also been involved in an altercation hours before. Mr. Docauer was treated and released by medical personnel at the scene,” a UHP report said. “ During the investigation it was learned that Mr. Docauer had attended the University of Utah Football game the night before. Royce says there were no signs of forced entry. Docauer was unaware how he got in the building, but video surveillance indicates that a door was left ajar after an employee entered the building, allowing Docauer to gain entry. Officials say he is not a state employee."

Not clear whether the individual entered a bar during the evening. But, if so, he probably didn’t tip well.
