Nairo Quintana Flips Head Over Handlebars at Tour of Spain

Nairo Quintana was leading the Tour of Spain when he suffered this crash today. Colombia’s Quintana took a turn a bit too wide and went off the road next to the guardrail before flipping over the handlebars. Quintana was taken away in an ambulance. He complained of shoulder pain.
