Florida Gulf Coast's Brett Comer is Doing His Best to Keep the Dunk City Nickname Relevant

Once upon a time (2013) there was a college basketball team (Florida Gulf Coast) that earned the nickname Dunk City. Maybe you remember it? Or at least you remember the GIFs? Perhaps? Granted, in Internet terms something that happened 20 months ago might as well have happened in 1913, let alone 2013, right?
One of the main players who made Dunk City so popular for a couple weeks in March, 2013 — Brett Comer — is still at the school and still setting up his teammates for alley-oops. Friday night vs. Furman Comer set up Demetris Morant five times via alley oop.
Some things never change … except this time the video comes via the school’s own Instagram account rather than GIFs created on every sports blog on the Internet.
