Johnny Manziel Leaves Game After Getting Drilled

Johnny Manziel left the game after getting drilled by Panthers safety Colin Jones and linebacker Luke Kuechly. Manziel walked off to the locker room under his own power, and Brian Hoyer will be finishing out the half, at the very least, for Cleveland.

UPDATE: The Browns have announced Manziel hurt his hamstring (which is a little strange considering how the hit looked) and that his return is questionable.
