Embattled San Francisco 49er Aldon Smith has listed his home in the East San Jose hills for sale. It’s a pretty spectacular property with some amazing views. Smith purchased the home for $1.75 million in 2012 and is listing it for $3 million. It’s the same house where he was infamously stabbed during a June 2012 house party. That also resulted in his arrest on felony weapon charges (and a lawsuit) after allegedly firing shots into the air to get the party to disburse.

The Redfin caption describing the house reads as follows:

" Unique opportunity to own one of the largest estates with views of the entire South Bay. This custom designed home features a lifestyle fit for a king. Gated private entrance to this sprawling estate includes a large 3 car garage, top of the line home movie theater, interior design features, multiple bedrooms w baths, formal office, large resort like pool/spa, kids play area, multiple outdoor kitchens with outdoor and indoor fireplaces. Solar panels onsite, low utility bills. Horse stable – gated land. "

So if you’re in need of 6,427 square feet of living area that includes 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this could be the place for you. Although I don’t think I’d pay almost double the last purchase price after only 3 years even though there is a giant “S” shaped table in the yard.
