Francis Howell North came into the Wickenheiser Cup playoffs as the 12th-seed out of 16 teams. On Tuesday, they won the Wickenheiser Cup. During the celebration, junior Dj LaMartina dove into a pile of teammates. Unfortunately, he came in a bit too low and headbutted a teammate’s skate, opening up a nasty gash on his face that apparently took 88 stitches to close. Update: More like 60 stitches.
